Where are my reports saved?

When you click Save, any changes you have made are saved in the inbox and a PDF copy of the report is saved in your save location.

After clicking Save, a message will appear showing you where the PDF is saved:

You can click the location (shown above in red) to open your save location and access the PDF copy.

How do I change where my reports are saved?

You can change where PDF copies of your reports are saved by changing your save location.

This is found in Settings. Click the Settings button in the top left corner of the inbox or home screen:

 

You are taken to the Settings section.  From the list of options choose Saving:

 

The Saving settings are shown including an option for changing your save location. Click the Change button:

 

Then choose a different location on your computer

Once you have located your folder click OK

 

Be sure to click the Save & exit settings button so that iGPR remembers this for next time

How do I save / print a copy of the patient's consent form?

A PDF copy of the patient's consent form, sent with an electronic report can be saved and then printed if necessary.

After opening the report, click the Save button on the toolbar

 

After a few moments you will be shown a success message, showing you where the files have been saved:

You can click the location (shown above in red text) to open this folder.

 

Three files will have been saved:

  • a PDF copy of the report
  • a PDF of the patient's consent form
  • a PDF listing all redactions made to the report - this is for internal audit purposes only

You can copy, move or open this file as necessary.  To print, open the file in your PDF software and use its printing options
