IGPR Expert
iGPR Experts are responsible for processing medical reports on behalf of GP Practices through the iGPR Managed Service, including Subject Access Requests, insurance reports, and reports for the DWP.
They also provide excellent customer service to Practices using the iGPR software directly, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with data protection policies.
Day-to-day, iGPR Experts work through allocated reports, follow standard operating procedures, and help meet service-level agreements, playing a key role in the growth and success of the Managed Service.
This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ideally some experience in Primary Care or Information Governance, with full training and support provide
IGPR Magician
iGPR Magicians are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to GP Practices and to requesters of medical reports, overseeing the medical report request and retrieval process.
In this role, you will validate GP details, handle inbound and outbound communications, assist with payments, resolve queries, and guide users through iGPR services. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, contribute to process improvements, and perform varied tasks to support overall service goals.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence on the phone are essential, with prior experience in NHS administration or GP practices highly desirable.
